Morris Brown is a professional builder in the north Florida area. He is licensed to construct both residential and commercial buildings. Morris is a member of the Local, Florida and National Home Builders Association. He has built over 500 custom homes, as well as business offices, a bank, student rentals, duplexes, triplexes, rooming houses, a church, a tire center, a printing house, and a respiratory center. Currently he is building several custom and "spec" homes, along with the Tuscany Trace community.
In addition to experience as a building contractor, Morris has an extensive background in education that enables him to effectively use and communicate the lessons he’s learned about homebuilding. A masters degree in adult education from Florida State University
Taught public school for two years and was a district administrator for adult and community education for ten years
Taught over 5,000 people how to build their own home in live seminars

Written curriculum and taught professional builders continuing education in subject areas such as construction law, workers compensation, construction management, and workplace safety
Taught professional builders in such venues as Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, the Caribbean, and major markets in the southeastern United States
Although Morris stays very busy in the construction industry, he enjoys time with his wife of 28 years, his daughter and her family, along with his teenage daughter who is currently enrolled in high school. His other interests include golf, fishing, backpacking, travel, and following FSU sports (Go Seminoles!).
